Responsibilities

• Engage customers to identify their jewellery preferences and provide tailored product recommendations
• Promote and sell a diverse range jewellery to meet sales targets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment to enhance customer experience
• Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and supporting timely replenishment
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve showroom sales goals and maintain operational standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in jewellery or retail sectors
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure and consistently meet sales targets
• Good organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Availability to work six days a week, including weekends and public holidays
