Legal Intern

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Legal Intern to join our Singapore office. This role offers hands-on exposure to both legal and compliance work in the fast-evolving fintech and digital assets space. The intern will support legal research, contract review, and cross-border matters, while also assisting the Compliance team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks.

What You’ll Do:

· Conduct legal research on financial services, fintech, and digital asset regulations.

· Review and assist in drafting legal agreements, including NDAs, trading agreements, and investment-related contracts.

· Support compliance-related matters, including regulatory filings, internal compliance processes, and documentation.

· Provide administrative assistance to the Legal and Compliance team, such as managing DocuSign workflows, tracking approvals, maintaining compliance records, and organizing documentation.

· Assist with project coordination for compliance initiatives, including timelines, stakeholder follow-ups, and internal communication.

· Work closely with the Legal and Compliance teams to support business operations across different business lines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree from a Singapore or other common law jurisdiction law school.
• Preferably in final year of study (undergraduate or graduate).
• Available at least 2–3 days per week.
• Prior internship experience at a law firm (financial services-related) or in-house legal team (Web3 or Crypto / Fintech / FS industry) is preferred.
• Strong interest in financial services, fintech, or digital assets.
• Able to commit for minimally 6 months.
