Programmers / Senior / Lead

We are seeking a Programmer to develop, test, maintain, and improve software programs and applications. The role involves translating technical requirements into functional code, troubleshooting software issues, and working with the development team to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Write, modify, test, and maintain software programs and applications.
• Analyse technical requirements and translate them into functional programming solutions.
• Develop and implement new features, functions, and software components.
• Debug and troubleshoot programming errors, software defects, and technical issues.
• Perform software testing and validation to ensure programs meet requirements and quality standards.
• Modify and enhance existing programs to improve performance, functionality, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, source code, and program specifications.
• Work with software developers, engineers, QA teams, and other stakeholders on software projects.
• Integrate software components and support system implementation and deployment.
• Follow coding standards, version control practices, and software development procedures.
• Stay updated on programming languages, tools, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Perform other programming and technical duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in programming or software development.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures, databases, and software development principles.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting software.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, Linux, or database technologies is an advantage.
