Accountant

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Enter and maintain financial transactions and accounting records.
• Issue checks and update ledgers and budgets.
• Reconcile invoices, sales receipts, and identify discrepancies.
• Prepare and process expense and reimbursement claims.
• Maintain both digital and physical financial records.
• Assist the Accounts Manager with annual audits.
• Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Department, including filing, mail, and phone duties.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 5–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-set accounting and experience with ERP system.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures and financial regulations/compliance.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, particularly Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
