Intune and M365 Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Intune and M365 Engineer to manage and support our Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 environments. This role will involve ensuring smooth deployment, configuration, and maintenance of mobile devices, applications, and M365 services, with a focus on security, user experience and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Intune for mobile device and application management.
• Ensure seamless device enrollment, compliance, and configuration management for Windows, iOS and Android devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve device-related issues and application deployments.
• Manage M365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Configure and maintain security policies, user access and compliance rules across the M365 suite.
• Support M365 collaboration tools and user adoption.
• Implement security best practices in both Intune and M365 including Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Ensure compliance with corporate security policies and data protection standards.
• Provide technical support for Intune and M365 services.
• Troubleshoot issues related to device management, application deployment and M365 services.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve user or system issues.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience in managing mobile devices, security policies and cloud applications.
• Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access and MFA.
• Strong problem-solving skills and troubleshooting experience.
• M365 certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate) a plus.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and device provisioning preferred.
• PowerShell scripting experience for automation tasks preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender and other security tools preferred.
