Retail Assistant

• Frontline Service: Deliver expert, personalized guidance to musicians, students, and educators.
• On-the-Job Training: Full training provided to learn customer service skills and retail operations.
• Technical Growth: Willingness to be trained in technical expertise to assist with simple instrument set-up and repairs.

Working Hours & Schedule

• Shift Time: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Commitment: 5 days per week.
• Rest Days: Scheduled on weekdays only.
• Requirement: Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
