BIM Modeler

We are looking for a BIM Revit Modeller to join our M&E consultancy team, producing accurate, coordinated 3D BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and public health systems across commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain Revit MEP models (HVAC, electrical, plumbing/fire protection) from design intent through construction documentation

- Produce 2D drawings and schedules from Revit models

- Support clash detection and BIM coordination (Navisworks) with other design disciplines

- Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans and company/industry standards

- Manage model files and version control within CDE platforms (BIM 360, ACC, Trimble Connect)

**Requirements**

- ITE/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field

- 2–5 years' experience as a Revit MEP modeller, ideally in an M&E consultancy

- Proficiency in Revit MEP; working knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD

- Good understanding of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well in a team
