JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  1. Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of precast delivery operations, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines and objectives.

  2. Lead coordination with clients to plan, monitor, and optimize delivery schedules across all project phases.

  3. Ensure timely delivery and site readiness in accordance with contractual and client requirements.

  4. Direct and oversee daily joint inspections with client representatives to ensure quality compliance of precast components prior to installation.

  5. Monitor site logistics to ensure efficient offloading of precast components within stipulated timelines.

  6. Ensure accurate documentation and control of delivery records, including trailer movement, delivery orders, and material tracking.

  7. Establish and enforce proper storage and handling procedures for precast components; address and formally report any deviations.

  8. Consolidate and review quality feedback from RTO, RE, and clients, and provide regular reporting with recommendations for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in precast construction, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

  • Good knowledge of precast production, delivery, and installation processes within the Singapore construction environment.

  • Familiar with local authority requirements and regulations, including BCA guidelines and relevant Singapore Standards.

  • Experience working with key stakeholders such as clients, consultants, RTO (Resident Technical Officer), and RE (Resident Engineer).

  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures, including handling of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and defect management.

  • Knowledge of Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and safe work practices in construction sites.

  • Strong leadership, coordination, and team management skills with the ability to manage site operations effectively.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of project management tools and CAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
