Quantity Surveyor for Building Project for A1 Main Contractor

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate quantity take-offs to support project cost estimation and control
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with specialists, suppliers, and subcontractors to secure optimal terms and quality
• Prepare and submit monthly progress claims promptly to ensure timely payment processing
• Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors to close out contracts efficiently
• Collaborate with team members and management to complete additional tasks as assigned, supporting project objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, Civil, or Structural Engineering
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction sequences and material trends to inform project decisions
• Proven ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Effective team player contributing to collaborative project environments
• Substantial experience considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor role
