Event Executive - Temp Assignment till End Dec26 - Up to S$4.5k

Job Description:

• Support the planning and coordination of roadshow activation activities, including schedules, logistics, materials and on-ground requirements.
• Assist with preparation of briefing notes ,event details, activation timelines and operational checklists.
• Coordinate with internal teams, agencies and vendors to support smooth execution before, during and after each roadshow.
• Track outstanding actions, issues and follow-ups to ensure activation activities are completed on time.
• Support the scheduling and deployment of Pop Up Ambassadors at selected roadshow locations
• Coordinate ambassador allocation ,attendance tracking, briefing materials and deployment follow-ups
• Maintain tracking of ambassador utilisation, supported events, agency participation and operational issues
• Support documentation and reporting for ambassador-related activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event activation, campaign coordination, roadshow support, sales support, marketing operations, lead generation or customer acquisition-related work.
• Able to start within short notice.
