Job Summary

Drive business growth by developing sheet metal and machining clients across Singapore and Southeast Asia, delivering technical solutions and maintaining strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new sheet metal and machining clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia to achieve sales targets
• Analyze Singapore market data, industry trends, and competitor activities to guide strategic business decisions
• Prepare accurate quotations and communicate technical proposals to convert sales inquiries into orders
• Maintain and strengthen client relationships by following up on orders and gathering feedback to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to verify technical compliance and address client requirements effectively
• Support industry exhibitions and brand promotion activities in international to increase company visibility and market presence
• Provide executive and administrative support to General Manager as needed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, Sales, or related discipline
• 1-3 years of business development experience in sheet metal or machining within the manufacturing sector
• Basic knowledge of sheet metal processes and CNC machining processes
• Effective communication and negotiation skills to manage client interactions and handle pressure situations
• Basic ability to read technical drawings
• Fluency in English required; Mandarin proficiency preferred to facilitate communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders， clients and colleagues in China
