Sales Manager (Data Center M&E)

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage business opportunities for data centre M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) solutions and services across Southeast Asia.

2. Identify, engage, and develop potential customers, and understand their business and technical requirements.

3. Work with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to develop suitable solutions and support the sales process through proposal, negotiation, and contract award.

4. Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, business partners, and relevant industry stakeholders.

5. Monitor market developments, customer needs, and industry trends in the Southeast Asian data centre sector, and provide insights to support business development strategies.

6. Support sales activities including presentations, tenders, quotations, and commercial discussions as required.

7. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and smooth transition from sales to project delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

2. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

3. Relevant experience or knowledge in IT/ICT infrastructure, data centre solutions, M&E services, or related technical solutions.

4. Experience working with customers or projects across Southeast Asia will be an advantage.

5. Ability to understand customer requirements and work effectively with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams.
