Intern, Fashion Merchandiser/Merchandising

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in fashion industry for the Singapore market while contributing to the growth.

RESPONSIBILITY

1. Assist with stock replenishments to partners.
2. Conduct market, competitor and design research: identify emerging trends, fabrics, colors, techniques and silhouettes relevant to the brand.
3. Assist with tech packs, spec sheets, and product information for development.
4. Liaise with factories and suppliers on fabric sourcing, sample progress, and production timelines.
5. Track sample status and maintain physical product development logs.
6. Assist in merchandising tasks such as assortment planning, SKU tracking, and seasonal line reviews.
7. Support photo shoots or campaign prep (e.g. product tagging, steaming, styling assistance).
8. Conduct research on emerging trends, techniques, and competitive brands.
9. Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks in merchandising and product development.
10. Support product sampling, fitting sessions, and feedback documentation: Participate in development meetings and fit sessions, taking detailed notes on feedback and garment adjustments.
11. Other Ad-hoc Duties:

• o Be part of the rotation to pick and pack customers’ orders on a weekly basis.
• o Assist in the set-up of event pop-ups and offline brand activation.
• o Participate and promote our products during events.
• o Support in various administrative tasks as required.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks as required

REQUIREMENT

o Currently pursuing or recently graduated from University/Polytechnic/ITE in Fashion Merchandising or a related discipline.

o A team-player with a proactive attitude, meticulous work ethic, and efficient time management skills.

o Passionate about digital marketing with the ability to work independently and part of a team.

o Proficiency in excel and PowerPoint skills are desirable.

o Basic understanding of garment construction and fabrics.

o Familiarity with product development documents such as tech packs and spec sheets.

o Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Passion and interest in fashion and e-commerce.

*Able to commit 6 months, Mon-Friday in office
*Opportunity to convert to full-time role
