Sales Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, and providing professional support throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.

• Coordinate with suppliers, engineers, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with customers.

• Follow up on enquiries, negotiations, and project progress.

• Provide after-sales support and technical assistance when required.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or related disciplines.

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in technical sales, engineering sales, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.

• Good understanding of industrial, electrical, mechanical, automation, or engineering-related products and services.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Possess good problem-solving and customer service skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, calibration services, electrical systems, automation systems, or facility engineering.

• Experience in preparing quotations and tender submissions.

• Possession of a valid driving licence will be an advantage.
