Job Summary

Manage full-set accounts independently, prepare management accounts and audit schedules, review subsidiary accounts with variance analysis, and coordinate with external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounts to ensure accurate and timely financial records
• Prepare management accounts and audit schedules to support financial audits and reporting
• Review subsidiary accounts and analyze variances to identify discrepancies and improve financial accuracy
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors on audit matters and schedules to facilitate smooth audit processes
• Utilize MS Excel proficiently to analyze financial data and generate reports
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned to support accounting and finance functions

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, demonstrating foundational accounting knowledge
• Minimum 5 years of experience independently handling full-set accounts, ensuring comprehensive financial management
• Practical accounting knowledge with hands-on experience in accounting tasks

Other Information

• Working hours: 8.30am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
• Lunch break: 1pm to 1.45pm
