Executive Director (Digital Dental Laboratory Operations & Business Development)

Monthly Salary Range: S$12,000 – S$14,000

Job Summary

We are a Singapore incorporated digital dental laboratory focusing on CAD/CAM dental prosthetic manufacturing, dental material supply and cross‑border dental business development. We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee overall company operations, production quality control, business strategy, supplier management, and regional client development.

Key Job Responsibilities

1. Oversee full daily operations of digital dental laboratory, including CAD/CAM production workflow, quality assurance, and product standard compliance.

2. Develop and execute company business strategies, expand Singapore and Southeast Asia dental clinic client network.

3. Manage cross‑border supply chain, dental raw material procurement, inventory control and cost optimisation.

4. Lead operational team, establish standard operating procedures for dental lab production and customer service.

5. Monitor company P&L, control operational cost, and drive company revenue growth.

6. Ensure all lab operations comply with local regulatory requirements and industry best practices for dental medical devices.

7. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and build long‑term partnership with regional dental laboratories and clinics.

Job Requirements

1. Proven substantial senior operational and management experience in digital dental laboratory / dental prosthetic manufacturing industry.

2. Familiar with CAD/CAM dental system workflow, dental milling materials, crown & bridge production process, and lab quality control standards.

3. Strong experience in cross‑border business operation, supplier management, and regional client development.

4. Diploma or higher academic qualification.

5. Good business English communication and negotiation skills.

6. Strong leadership, problem‑solving skills and hands‑on operational management capability.
