Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates considering materials, labour, and equipment
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and measurements for tender works
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and schedules of rates
- Develop tender cost plans and budgets based on drawings and specifications
- Assist in tender preparation, evaluation, and cost comparison
- Assist in liaising and building strong working relationships with main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Any other ad hoc task as assigned by Manager or Management
