HR Executive/ Officer - Career advancement provided

• Maintain employee records, HR systems and personnel files.
• Handle monthly payroll for around 50 workers, including overtime, allowances and leave.
• Prepare payroll and monthly HR reports.
• Handle staff claims, medical benefits and insurance matters.
• Support recruitment, interview coordination and onboarding of new employees.
• Prepare employment letters and handle employee offboarding.
• Support HR policies, SOPs and HR compliance matters.
• Assist with performance appraisal, benefits, incentives and staff training.
• Handle employee and worker enquiries, grievances and welfare matters.
• Coordinate worker dormitory and accommodation matters.
• Maintain dormitory, worker movement and compliance records.
• Coordinate accommodation inspections, repairs and improvement works.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance and Management on worker-related matters.
• Support general office administration, company events and vendor coordination.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Relevant HR Generalist / HR Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience in monthly payroll processing.
• Experience handling workers and dormitory matters is preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore employment regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
