Technical Sales Executive (Korean Language)

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customers' technical and business requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Provide pre-sales technical support and respond promptly to customer enquiries.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project and sales execution.
• Keep up to date with industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports, customer feedback, and market updates for management.
• Travel overseas for customer visits and business meetings as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training & guidance will be provided.
• Prior experience in technical sales, customer service, business development, or the manufacturing industry will be an advantage but is not required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a proactive and positive attitude.
• Proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written) is required to communicate effectively with Korean-speaking customers, business partners, and headquarters.
• Willingness to travel overseas for business assignments.
