Head of Sales - Singapore

Arthrex is seeking a Head of Sales, Singapore to lead our commercial organisation and drive the success of our current and future product portfolios across Singapore. Reporting as a key member of the SEA Leadership Team, this role carries full P&L responsibility and will play a critical role in shaping the future growth of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

Drive Commercial Growth & Strategy

• Develop and execute short and long-term commercial strategies across Arthrex's product portfolios, including Sports Medicine, Extremities & Trauma, Biologics, Imaging & Resection, and future growth areas.

• Translate strategy into clear execution plans, growth initiatives, and investment priorities.

• Partner closely with Product Management, Marketing, Medical Education, and regional leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

• Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), surgeons, and healthcare stakeholders to enhance Arthrex's market presence.

Lead and Develop High-Performing Teams

• Build, lead, and develop a multi-layered commercial organisation comprising Sales Managers, Sales Representatives, Deployment Managers, and Clinical Nurse Specialists.

• Foster a culture of accountability, execution excellence, and continuous development.

• Establish clear performance expectations and commercial KPIs aligned with Arthrex values and strategic objectives.

Own the Business

• Take full ownership of the Singapore business P&L, including revenue growth, operating expenses, forecasting, and investment planning.

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range business planning processes.

• Partner with Finance, Operations, and QA teams to drive operational excellence and business efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Degree-qualified professional

• 8-10+ years of medical device sales experience, preferably within Sports Medicine or Orthopaedics

• Strong track record of leading managers and high-performing commercial teams

• Demonstrated success in delivering and exceeding revenue and profitability targets

• Experience owning and managing business P&L

• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and execution capabilities

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across healthcare and corporate environments

• Resilient, driven, and motivated by achieving exceptional results
