Job Summary

Operate delivery trucks to transport goods timely and professionally, assist with furniture loading, unloading, and assembly, and maintain vehicle safety to ensure excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Operate a truck to deliver goods to customers on schedule and professionally
• Assist in loading, unloading, and assembling furniture to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Inspect vehicles regularly and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly
• Communicate courteously with customers to provide positive service during deliveries
• Adhere strictly to all safety and traffic regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence
• Maintain physical fitness to handle loading and unloading tasks safely

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate responsibility, punctuality, and the ability to work independently

• Work schedule: 6 days per week
