Receptionist / Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers warmly while delivering excellent customer service.

• Manage appointment bookings and customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-ins.

• Check customers in and out, process payments and issue receipts.

• Coordinate appointment schedules with Hair Stylists, Beauticians, Manicurists and Beauty Consultants.

• Maintain customer records and update appointment information accurately.

• Introduce and recommend suitable services, packages, memberships and promotions to customers.

• Ensure the reception area is clean, organised and welcoming at all times.

• Assist with retail product sales, inventory and daily outlet administration when required.

• Coordinate with the outlet team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Perform other reception and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.

• Friendly, well-groomed and professional with a positive attitude.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable using computers and appointment booking systems.

• Able to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

• Able to work weekends and public holidays when required.

• A team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
