About the Role:
We are seeking a trustworthy and meticulously organized Full-Time/Part-Time Confidential Filing & Office Support Clerk to join our administration team. In this role, you will provide direct filing and document management support to our Management Team, ensuring that all confidential business papers are accurately filed on a daily basis. You will also assist with general office support duties when required. This position is ideal for someone who values order, takes pride in their work, and can handle sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily filing support for Management, including invoices, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
• Sort, label, and archive physical documents for easy retrieval.
• Assist with email correspondence and printing of documents as requested.
• Provide general office support (answering phones, sorting mail, restocking supplies) when needed.

Requirements:

• Prior clerical or filing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to organizing paperwork.
• Professional and discreet in handling confidential business documents.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
