Job Summary

Manage and deliver tailored marketing and media solutions for clients by leading campaigns and events, coordinating teams, and ensuring projects meet budget and timeline goals while fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver marketing and media solutions such as events, in-store promotions, social media, partnerships, and artwork tailored to client marketing and communication needs
• Create and execute detailed work plans for publicity, marketing campaigns, and events to achieve client objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to review project progress, manage budgets, and meet timelines while maintaining respectful and efficient workflows
• Apply company standards by consistently delivering timely, value-adding solutions and continuously upgrading knowledge with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Communicate effectively with clients and anticipate their needs to enhance customer satisfaction
• Analyze marketing data and campaign results to inform decision-making and optimize outcomes
• Identify and resolve problems independently by making sound judgments to maintain project quality and client trust
• Organize and manage time efficiently to handle multiple projects and deadlines successfully
• Learn and utilize customer service programs and databases quickly to support marketing activities
