Overview

This Wealth Management & Business Development role sits within a global wealth management platform focused on serving high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, as well as institutions such as family offices, foundations, and corporations. You will work as a Business Development Professional, supporting senior advisors in managing client relationships, delivering investment solutions, and driving new business growth.

The position offers exposure to portfolio management, client advisory, and business development, with a long-term pathway towards becoming a Private Wealth Advisor.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Support senior advisors in implementing wealth management strategies for clients
• Analyze client portfolios, including risk and return characteristics
• Prepare presentations and materials for prospective and existing clients
• Execute investment transactions across multiple asset classes
• Conduct research on investment products and asset allocation strategies
• Assist in client servicing and ongoing relationship management
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach and networking
• Participate in client meetings and follow-up activities
• Manage internal systems related to client relationship management
• Coordinate team activities, meetings, and action items
• Communicate market insights and research to advisors and clients
• Collaborate with internal product and investment teams to meet client needs

Requirements

You should have:

• Strong interest in pursuing a career in private wealth management
• Good understanding of financial markets and investment concepts
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects effectively
• A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in teams

Professional certifications such as CFA or CFP are encouraged and may be supported.

Career Development

This role is designed as a long-term development position, providing hands-on experience in client advisory, investment management, and business development. You will gain the skills and exposure needed to progress into a Private Wealth Advisor role.
