Job Summary

As an Outlet Service Crew, you will manage daily operations, serve customers, prepare desserts, handle cashier duties, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations and efficiently operate assigned workstations
• Greet and attend to customers by taking orders and preparing ice desserts, pastries, and toppings accurately
• Train and collaborate with team members to uphold service and product knowledge standards
• Operate the POS system for cashier duties, including cash handling, reporting, and managing floats
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of workstations, floors, furniture, washrooms, and equipment
• Order and control inventory of ingredients, dry products, and miscellaneous items to ensure stock availability
• Report operational issues and complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by managers and directors

Required competencies and certifications

• Willingness to work shifts including weekends and public holidays to support outlet operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience of 1-2 years in a related role, considered for salary negotiation
• Friendly and responsible attitude with strong customer interaction skills
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work well within a team
• Ability to lead and inspire team members while maintaining professional product knowledge

Job Types and Salary

• Part-Time: Mon-Thurs $12/hr base rate, $14/hr on public holiday eves, public holidays, Fri-Sun
• Full-Time: $2500 - $3000/month depending on experience, 5.5-day work week, 44 hours per week, must work weekends
