About this job
- To attend and reply to customer's enquiries and email.
- To attend promptly to customers' in-coming calls and issue orders.
- To prepare the quotation and lease and supply agreement.
- Check data entry, filing and scanning of documents.
- Accept other clerical duties as informed by Supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Good communication, coordination skills with customer and delivery staff.
- Ability to multi-task and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A strong team player with positive work attitude and committed to work duties and responsibilities.
Working hours: Monday to Friday : 8.30am to 5pm ; Saturday: 8.30am to 1pm
