Sales Associate

Weare seeking a motivated and customer-focused Senior Sales Associate / Sales Associate to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve busines stargets in Singapore. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, providing product or service recommendations, managing customer accounts, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

-Achieve individual and team sales targets.

-Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking,referrals, walk-ins, events, and digital channels.

- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and product presentation tonegotiation and closing.

- Buildand maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

-Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales orders, and other required documentation.

- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales consultations.

- Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and pending sales opportunities.

-Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM system.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

-Coordinate with operations, customer service, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

- Support promotional campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales activities.

- For the Senior Sales Associate role, coach junior team members and support the Sales Manager with team coordination and reporting.

Requirements

-Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.

- Sales Associate: 5-8 years of relevant sales or customer-service experience.

- Senior Sales Associate:3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably with a consistent record of achieving targets.

-Experience in B2B, retail, corporate, technology, consumer, or service sales is an advantage.

- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Customer-focused, confident, energetic, and results-oriented.

- Good business development and relationship-management abilities.

-Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

- Able to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willing to travel locally, attend client meetings, or work weekends and public holidays when required.
