Admin Executive (Loan Department)

Role Description
This position supports the daily operations of the Loan Department. The individual will assist in processing loan applications, preparing loan documents, monitoring repayments, maintaining accurate customer and loan records, and supporting motor insurance quotations, renewals and documentation.

Specific Responsibilities
1. Process loan applications and verify supporting documents.
2. Prepare loan agreements, repayment schedules and related documents.
3. Monitor repayments and follow up on outstanding payments.
4. Maintain accurate customer and loan records.
5. Handle customer enquiries and administrative follow-ups.
6. Assist with motor insurance quotations, renewals and documentation.
7. Prepare regular reports and maintain proper filing.
