Job Overview

Andtruth International Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Services Director to oversee the company's corporate functions, business operations, financial and administrative management, and engagement with external stakeholders and government authorities.

The successful candidate will provide senior-level leadership across human resources, finance, legal and corporate matters, operational planning, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder management. The role will work closely with senior management to support the company's growth, ensure effective corporate governance, and facilitate the smooth execution of strategic business initiatives.

The position requires strong commercial judgment, cross-functional leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex corporate matters in a fast-growing and internationally oriented business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the company's corporate services functions, including human resources, finance, legal, administration, and general corporate operations.
• Develop and implement corporate policies, processes, and operational frameworks to support the company's business objectives and sustainable growth.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, financial controls, reporting, and coordination with external accounting and financial service providers.
• Lead human resources matters including workforce planning, recruitment, employee management, performance management, compensation, and organisational development.
• Coordinate legal and corporate matters, including engagement with external legal counsel, review of commercial arrangements, contracts, corporate documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with Singapore government agencies and regulatory authorities on corporate, employment, immigration, licensing, compliance, and other business-related matters.
• Manage and coordinate the company's statutory and regulatory obligations, ensuring timely and accurate submissions and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Lead negotiations with external stakeholders, service providers, business partners, professional advisers, and other counterparties to protect the company's commercial interests.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on corporate structure, operational matters, risk management, regulatory considerations, and business planning.
• Oversee the establishment and optimisation of internal systems, processes, controls, and governance frameworks across the organisation.
• Identify operational and corporate risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies and controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives involving multiple internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support senior management in evaluating and executing business opportunities, partnerships, investments, and other strategic initiatives.
• Manage relationships with external professional advisers, including legal, accounting, tax, corporate services, and other specialist providers.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with government agencies, business partners, professional advisers, and other external stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to employees across corporate and operational functions and promote a high standard of professional and organisational performance.
• Monitor developments in Singapore's regulatory and business environment and advise management on matters that may affect the company's operations and strategic plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Law, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• MBA and/or postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline is highly desirable.
• Extensive senior management experience across corporate operations, finance, human resources, legal/corporate affairs, or strategic business management.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional and cross-border business initiatives.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, financial management, operational processes, and regulatory matters.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and negotiation with senior executives, professional advisers, business partners, and government or regulatory authorities.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess business risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and internationally oriented business environment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex priorities simultaneously.
