Account Assistant (Receivable)

Working days: 5days
Working Timing: 8.30am to 6pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow up on outstanding accounts receivable balances and communicate with customers regarding payment status.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies or issues in a prompt and professional manner.
• Process customer payments received via various methods, including checks, credit cards, and electronic transfers.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update customer account information as needed.
• Prepare aging reports and assist in the analysis of accounts receivable data.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to accounts receivable processes.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., UBS system)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
