GENERAL MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's overall business strategies, operational plans and growth initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure effective coordination across different functions.
• Monitor business performance, revenue, operating costs and profitability, and recommend appropriate improvement measures.
• Develop annual business plans, budgets and performance targets in accordance with the company's objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends and potential areas for business expansion.
• Develop strategies to improve customer acquisition, customer retention and overall service experience.
• Establish and review operational procedures and internal management policies to improve efficiency and service standards.
• Manage relationships with key customers, business partners, suppliers and other external stakeholders.
• Lead, supervise and evaluate employees and ensure that manpower resources are effectively deployed.
• Work closely with management on pricing strategies, promotional activities and business development initiatives.
• Ensure the company's operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Prepare regular business performance reports, management analysis and recommendations for the company's management.
• Perform other business management and strategic duties as assigned by the Director.

Requirements

• Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience at least 5 years in beauty industry for business management, operations management, business development or a similar managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of business operations, budgeting, cost control and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Ability to develop and execute business strategies independently.
• Experience in the beauty, wellness or personal care service industry required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and customer-oriented business environment.
