Clinic Assistant (Chiropractic clinic)

Job description:

• We are a Chiropractic clinic, looking for friendly, mature and hardworking individuals with excellent customer service skills to assist a doctor and patients in a chiropractic clinic. This is a full-time position and requires weekend (Saturday only) availability.
• ***At least 1 year experience in working in healthcare clinics is a must.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Experience in aesthetic clinics or private clinics are welcome

Your duties include:

• Providing excellent customer service that goes beyond your call of duty
• Answering phone calls & schedule patients’ appointments
• Managing patient flow and multi-tasking
• Following up with patients
• Assist the doctors in the day to day operation
• Basic clinic housekeeping
• Keeping the office clean & presentable at all times.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Skills required:

• Good interpersonal skills
• Must be able to speak & write in fluent English
• Strong ability to multi-task
• Computer Literacy is required
• Sales skill is preferred

Opening hours:

5 days work week, rest day on 1 week day & Sunday off

Mon: 9am-7.30pm

Tues: 9am - 6pm

Wed: Closed

Thurs: 9am - 7.30pm

Fri: 9am - 6pm

Sat: 9am - 1pm

Sun: Closed

Work Location: One location
