Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager (Construction) to oversee and coordinate Firstcom's Maintenance Department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and systems for the team's maintenance projects
• Account servicing to the company's maintenance clients and external stakeholders
• Manage maintenance budgets, including procurement of tools, equipment, and materials
• Oversee service contracts and vendor relationships for outsourced maintenance work
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and incidents
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations related to building codes, safety standards, and environmental laws

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in construction maintenance, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Demonstrated success in managing construction maintenance projects.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance software, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to various site locations as needed.
