Senior Rust Developer

1. Responsible for the architecture design and R&D of the company’s core platform services using Rust.

Requirements / 任职要求

1. Proficient in Rust, with experience in building production-grade backend or systems-level applications.

精通 Rust 编程语言，具备上线系统/后端服务的开发经验。

2. Solid foundation in computer science: operating systems, networking, algorithms, concurrency, and data structures.

具备扎实的计算机基础知识，掌握操作系统、网络、并发编程、常用算法与数据结构。

3. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.

计算机、工程、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历。

4. Experience designing and developing distributed systems or microservice architectures, with a focus on high availability and scalability.

有分布式系统或微服务架构的设计与开发经验，注重系统的高可用性与可扩展性。

5. Familiar with async runtimes (e.g., Tokio, async-std) and the Rust ecosystem (e.g., Actix, Axum, Serde, Cargo).

6. Hands-on experience with caching (e.g., Redis), messaging systems (e.g., Kafka), and data streaming (e.g., Flink or equivalents).

7. Experience with performance profiling, observability, and system reliability best practices.
