Retail Associate

Job Description

· Responsible for opening and closing of the store, inventory control, visual merchandising, sales transactions and housekeeping.

· Maintain and manage merchandise displays and inventory.

· Sell and achieve monthly sales target.

· Provide high level of customer service and attend to their enquiries.

· Develop new customer base and grow existing business.

Requirements

· O level/ Nitec with at least 1-2 years retail experience, preferably in luxury retail industry.

· Experience in wine, liquor, spirit business and whisky knowledge is preferred.

· Highly sales driven, possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Bilingual proficiency in spoken English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse customers
