Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed plans, timelines, and resource schedules to support project execution.
• Technical Execution: Oversee design, development, implementation, and resolve technical issues as needed.
• Communication: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams; liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. Provide regular progress updates and ensure effective collaboration.
• Safety and Quality Control: Ensure all deliverables meet defined safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent).
• Able to perform rotational day and night shifts due to the nature of tunnel and roadwork projects (in compliance with MOM’s work-hour and rest regulations).
• Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
• On-the-job training provided for fresh graduates and mid-career candidates looking to transition into the construction sector.
