About this job
Our Client, a Prestigious law firm in Singapore is seeking to recruit a Legal Associate to join their Corporate Real Estate team. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to work on a broad range of local and cross-border transactions for a portfolio of highly established clients.
Location: Central Singapore
Responsibilities
- Assist in structuring, negotiating, and drafting agreements, related to real estate transactions
- To work on M&A and corporate transactions with a real estate component
- Prepare and review closing documentation, corporate resolutions, and ancillary transaction documents
- Conduct legal research
- Assist in the preparation of client advisories, memoranda, and presentations
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer, admitted to Singapore Bar with 1 to 3 years of PQE
- Strong interest in corporate real estate law, ideally with general corporate/M&A experience
- Strong academic credentials from a recognised law school
- Good drafting and analytical skills
- Proactive attitude with clear communication skills
