AUDIT MANAGER / AUDIT ASSISTANT MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage assurance engagements by defining theauditstrategy in consultation with the director / partner and execute it incompliancewith the firm’s policies and protocols. When required, you’llpersonallyexecute complex audit procedures and lead teams or parts of teams onengagements,depending on the size of the engagement.

• Manage projects and engagements profitablyby leadingthe team to perform efficiently.

• Monitor the assurance team's progressagainst the planand alter it when needed.

• Cultivate and manage business developmentopportunities.Generate new business opportunities by understanding the servicesprovided byour sister concerns and actively assess/present ways to applyknowledge andservices.

• Conduct timely performance reviews andprovide performancefeedback/on-the-job training and attain experiences thatcultivate technicalcompetencies.

• Develop people by encouraging individuals tothink forthemselves and take responsibility for their contributions to theassurance team.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,ora relatedfield.

• Obtained or in the final stages of obtainingCPASingapore qualification.

• Working knowledge of CaseWare audit software a strongadvantage.
