Occupational Therapist - Fulltime

Work Location: Woodlands, Khatib & Care Light Senior Care Centre
Employment Type: Full-Time Contract
Contract: 2 years + 2 years extension option
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 hours/day, excluding weekends & Public Holidays

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial, routine and ad-hoc occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide interventions for ADLs, cognitive function and functional independence.
• Recommend and prescribe adaptive equipment where required.
• Conduct individual and group therapy programmes.
• Monitor client progress and reassess treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Train clients, caregivers and therapy staff on ADL facilitation.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Full AHPC registration with a valid Practising Certificate.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant OT experience.
• Experience in senior care, rehabilitation or community care is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and documentation skills.
• Willing to work across the assigned senior care center locations.
