BUSINESS DIRECTOR

Job Description

• According to the group's development strategy, develop and implement the branch’s annual business plan and operating budget;
• Responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving various management rules, systems and operating procedures governing market operations;
• Plan, guide, coordinate, control and motivate the business development of each store;
• Leads and manages the respective store-in-charge to effectively perform the duties of the position, and carryout evaluation and performance management to improve work efficiency;
• Responsible for business development in the market, opening stores of high quality, and increasing local market share;
• Manage the operations and service status of each store, reasonably allocating manpower, material and financial resources, and achieve the task indicators and work plan;
• Analyze the operation data of each store in the market, propose and implement improvement plans;
• Analyze and study industry market dynamics and participate in new product development;
• Formulate the business skills training system and standards for employees, and be responsible for employee training and training.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of progressive F&B experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management role.
• Experience managing multi-outlet operations, or high-volume F&B store.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management, food costing, manpower planning, and inventory control.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of Singapore F&B operations and regulatory requirements.
