ADMIN & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

To provide essential administrative support and managing office operations within the company.

Description：

• Bukit Merah

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

• IMMEDIATE

• Perm / Contract (end Jan 27, renewable / convertible )

Responsibilities:

• To assist in all admin & receptionist duties

• Coordination of incoming & outgoing logistics / deliveries

• To provide support to sales (eg. arranging / packing of samples)

• To provide admin support to sales & marketing: research, prepare information on new products & update into our website

• To assist and coordinate with operations with orders details and simple hands-on tasks: packing / sorting / counting of stocks (when needed)

• And other ad-hoc duties assigned

We are looking for someone who:

• Demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.

• Exhibits excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to details.

• Able to work independently
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking counterparts.

The available position is a 6 month contract opportunity that may potentially transition into a permanent role.
