Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary

Join our mover and warehousing team as a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator, delivering accurate data handling and responsive customer support in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter data accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records
• Manage incoming leads by promptly responding to customer enquiries to ensure timely communication
• Record customer enquiries and relay detailed information to the Sales Team for follow-up actions
• Provide administrative support by organizing documents, invoicing entry and coordinating team communications
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in customer service to enhance customer interactions and problem resolution
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate effectively across teams
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, to perform daily tasks

Other Information

• Location: Tradehub21 (Jurong)
• Salary: $2,200 – $2,500 (based on experience)

Work Day & Hours

• 5.5 days work week
• Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Saturday: 8.30am - 12.30pm
