Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

Job Description:
We are a face-to-face sales and marketing company engaged by well-established international brands to manage their direct customer engagement campaigns across multiple markets. We are looking to grow our Singapore team with motivated individuals seeking a performance-driven career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent client brands through face-to-face sales and marketing engagements
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Achieve individual and team performance targets
• Participate in structured training to develop sales and communication competencies
• Support campaign execution for assigned client brands

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent (fresh graduates and career switchers welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• No prior sales experience necessary, full training provided
