We are seeking a responsible and organised individual to join our Body & Paint team as a Claims Administrator. You will play a key role in coordinating insurance claims, managing documentation, and serving as the link between customers, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure a smooth and timely claims process while maintaining compliance with company and insurer requirements.

Core Responsibilities:
Deliver excellent customer service by attending to accident reporting, insurance claims enquiries, and customer appointments
Assist with accident e-filing, repair estimates, courtesy vehicle arrangements (if any), and claims administration
Prepare and submit claims documents, invoices, Letters of Demand, purchase orders, and vendor invoices accurately and on time
Liaise with insurance companies, customers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth claims processing and timely settlement
Monitor and follow up on claims, payments, and outstanding cases until closure
Maintain accurate records, organise claim files, and prepare departmental performance reports
Support the Claims Advisors when required by handling customer enquiries, claims follow-ups, and repair status updates
Perform general administrative duties, maintain a tidy work environment, and assist with other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 2 years experience as claims administration experience in the automotive industry
Familiar with Singapore accident reporting and claim procedures
At least GCE O Level or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask with good time-management skills
