About this job
The Role
1. To assist in casework and counselling by conducting an initial assessment of
client’s needs and presenting issues.
2. To maintain proper case notes and make necessary referrals to relevant
agencies where necessary.
3. To execute FaithActs outreach programmes, including community needs
assessment (whenever necessary).
4. To assist in the administration of the annual Bursary and Scholarship.
5. To provide coordination and support of programmes between FaithActs and
other stakeholders (e.g. schools and organisations) including management
and training of volunteers.
6. To schedule home and/or hospital visits, provide medical escort where
necessary (and update the record/s in the master file).
7. To attend to enquiries and referrals from other agencies.
8. To prepare reports as and when required by the Management.
9. Be willing to work on occasional weekends/nights to support
Corporate/Outreach programes/events. (Time-Off-In-Lieu claimable for
weekend hours worked).
10. Preferably able to drive. (Class 3)
