Role Overview
You will help the team manage the administrative and paperwork involved in international trade.
This is a support role where you’ll learn how companies get paid and how to check if a client is financially safe to do business with.
What You’ll Do
Trade Support: Help process documents like Letters of Credit and Guarantees.
Compliance: Check Statement of Account for Truck & Parts sent by Accounts on weekly basis. Highlight if there’s a potential breach/ excess of limit.
Reporting: Use Excel to track trade transactions and update risk reports for the team.
Data Entry: Key-in Bank charges and interest invoice & E-filing.
What We’re Looking For
Background: A student in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
Excel Skills: You should be comfortable with formulas and organizing data.
Mindset: Very detail-oriented and curious about how global trade works.
Communication: Able to explain financial info clearly in writing.
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid Schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (WFH).
