EHS Officer

We are seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Officer to oversee and manage one of our clients’ key projects in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enforce EHS policies, procedures, and compliance standards on-site
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits
• Ensure compliance with Singapore workplace safety and health regulations
• Lead incident investigations and recommend corrective actions
• Provide safety training and briefings to project teams
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities on EHS matters
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety
• Registered MOM Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO)
• Minimum 8 years of EHS experience, preferably in the life sciences industry
• Proven experience developing and implementing Risk Management Plans (bizSAFE Level 3 and above)
• Strong knowledge of local regulatory requirements
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
