About the Role

Luminance is looking for creative and driven Social Media Content Creators to help our insurance agents build their personal brands online. If you enjoy creating engaging TikToks, Instagram Reels, XiaoHongShu content, or short-form videos that connect with audiences, we’d love to work with you.

You’ll play a key role in helping our agents grow their social media presence, increase engagement, and create relatable financial/lifestyle content for modern audiences.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Brainstorm creative content ideas and trending concepts
• Assist insurance agents in building their personal branding online
• Create engaging captions, hooks, and video scripts
• Edit videos using apps such as CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
• Stay updated on social media trends and viral formats
• Help plan and schedule content postings

Requirements

• Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, XiaoHongShu, or other social platforms
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, etc.)
• Creative, proactive, and comfortable generating new ideas
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Experience in content creation is a bonus, but not required
