Cafe Supervisor

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Cafe Supervisor to join our team at The Living Cafe! If you enjoy working with coffee and leading a team in a vibrant, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth service and excellent customer experience
• Supervise and guide the cafe team to maintain high service standards
• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages to cafe standards
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the cafe area, equipment, and inventory
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Manage cash register and ensure accurate daily sales reporting
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and assist with ordering supplies

Requirements

• Barista experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for high-quality coffee and delivering excellent customer service
• Flexibility to work within operating hours (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM), including weekends and public holidays
